ABSTRACT: The Impact of Cultural Intelligence on Vocational Education Outcomes is a pivotal topic as diversity in educational settings increases. This study examined how cultural intelligence (CQ) influences vocational education outcomes. The objectives were: to evaluate the current level of CQ among vocational students and educators, to assess the impact of CQ on learning and teaching effectiveness, and to identify strategies for enhancing CQ in vocational education. A survey design was adopted due to its ability to gather detailed insights from a large group of respondents, facilitating comprehensive analysis. A sample size of 250 vocational education students and instructors was selected using a purposive sampling technique to ensure diverse cultural backgrounds were represented. The case study focused on the Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State. Findings indicated that high levels of CQ significantly improved teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and overall learning outcomes. It was recommended that vocational education programs should incorporate CQ training into their curricula, provide workshops and seminars on cultural awareness, and promote an inclusive learning environment that values diversity.
